  • International Perspective in Community Development (IPPO) - Nov. 23, 24, 25 and 30, 2012

  • World Social Forum on Migration (WAGI) - Nov. 26 to 30, 2012

Now you may also reserve for available schedules on your own.










We have a self-service online reservation system.  You can sign up (register) and reserve online now, instead of doing it manually.  Just go to http://col_av_server/avreservation/av_calendar.asp.  This can be accessed in any computer connected to the MC network during our reservation hours.  Click the date where you will schedule your activity.  If you find a venue and your time period has not yet been taken, click "Add venue reservation" which appears above the calendar, to begin your transaction.




You will be brought to the login page: http://col_av_server/avreservation/login.asp.  You will see a dialog box that asks for a User name and User ID







Since you are new, click Sign up.  You will be asked to supply a Name, Id number, Contact, Department, and Email







Once you are finished, click the Signup Now! button.  You may now Login.













When you log in, use either your name or your surname as User Name, then type the Id Number that you supplied as your User ID.





You will then be asked to provide the details of your activity.  Please note that you may only reserve as early as 14 days before your activity.







Please read the reminders and respond to the agreement at the  bottom before clicking the "Submit" button.










After submitting, the transaction will be processed by our office.  Later in the day, you may check if your schedule has already been added to our calendar at http://col_av_server/avreservation/av_calendar.asp
